Dave is a compassionate REALTOR® who enjoys serving his clients and understands the often emotional process of buying and selling real estate.
He has had a lot of life experiences, the most recent being the loss of his wife Deb at the young age of 55 to Stage 4 Lung Cancer.
These experiences have taught Dave that empathy and satisfying the client's needs are top priorities.
Dave brings his life experiences along with top negotiating and marketing skills to the table for every client he works with, setting him apart from many in the industry. Open communication with his clients so they are sure to understand the process of buying/selling and feel that they are heard is critical.
Guiding first-time homebuyers through their home purchase or working with veteran sellers, estates, divorce clients, widows, etc., Dave communicates with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and Fire departments to ensure a smooth transaction that gets to the closing table.
Dave is an active member of his church and sings on the worship team. He is also involved with his community, volunteering as a media specialist for his local cable channel MCCAM providing video recordings of events around town.
